2 Unemployed Radio Guys Official Launch

Well, I have finally made the leap into the the world of podcasting. Or I should say my alter ego “Roadie”. That was my radio name for a number of years and so I decided to use it in this podcast. Anyway..

I am only about 10 years behind, but I figured no one was going to listen to me then and no one will probably listen now. Moving right along..

One afternoon I called up my friend Shmonty who is a friend and former co-worker at KDKB in Phoenix and said, “Hey man lets do a podcast. I have no idea what the topic will be but I just feel like doing something.” His reply was, “OK.” “Sure.” “Why not?” I mean how could I not want to do it at that point? He answered with such confidence after all.

We tried thinking of a few ideas and then one day I said what does anyone expect from 2 unemployed radio guys? And there it was the title of our podcast. Of course we will talk about radio, but we will also talk about random shit outside of the business as well. I mean I don’t really want to talk about radio.
