Alive and Kicking
For being unable to do a lot of things due to Covid-19, you would think I would update a little more frequent, well you would be wrong. Honestly, I have just been super busy with work, and getting into a new place, and even getting back into book writing mode. It sucks sometimes when life takes over and you are unable to do the simplest things like doing a few website updates.
I do always get a little more motivated when my friend Tom sends me an email with some new music. This time around it was the new Static X record, Project Regeneration Vol 1. The review should be up soon.
I am excited to think about 2021 though as I think a lot of artists will be touring and releasing new music. There have been a few tunes that I have been digging on as some artists are using this time to write and record. One of those projects is the Cherry Truck Band, with the guys from Black Stone Cherry and Monster Truck.
I am also into this dude Corey Marks. His first single was Outlaws and Outsiders featuring Mick Mars, Ivan Moody, and Travis Tritt. This other track, Devil’s Grin, is pretty killer as well.
